The charge depends on your delivery location, the weight and size of the parcel and the courier. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. After that, delivery takes about 1 to 3 working days inside Dhaka and 2 to 5 working days outside Dhaka. If you can, check the parcel when the courier delivers it. If a product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos or videos.
