1. Delivery Coverage১. ডেলিভারি এলাকা

We deliver products across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and other cities, towns, and eligible remote areas, subject to courier service availability.আমরা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের সুবিধা ও প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে ঢাকা শহরসহ বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন শহর, জেলা, উপজেলা এবং নির্ধারিত প্রত্যন্ত এলাকায় পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।

2. Estimated Delivery Time২. সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময়

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days.ঢাকার মধ্যে: ১–৩ কর্মদিবস।
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days.ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৫ কর্মদিবস।
• Remote areas: delivery may take additional time.প্রত্যন্ত এলাকা: ডেলিভারির জন্য অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unexpected circumstances.উল্লেখিত সময় সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময়। আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের বিলম্ব অথবা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে।

3. Shipping Charges৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location, product weight, package size, and courier service. Applicable charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed or displayed during checkout.ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে গ্রাহকের ঠিকানা, পণ্যের ওজন, প্যাকেজের আকার এবং কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ওপর। প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে জানানো হবে অথবা ওয়েবসাইটের চেকআউট পেজে প্রদর্শিত হবে।

4. Order Processing৪. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days after placement or confirmation. We may contact customers by phone to verify order details and delivery addresses.অর্ডার করা বা নিশ্চিত করার পর সাধারণত ১–২ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হয়। অর্ডারের তথ্য এবং ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রয়োজনে আমরা গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে ফোনে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি।

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)৫. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and products. Customers must pay the applicable order amount and delivery charges, if any, when receiving their parcel.নির্ধারিত এলাকা ও পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা পাওয়া যেতে পারে। এই সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হলে গ্রাহক পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় পণ্যের মূল্য এবং প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করবেন।

6. Order Tracking৬. অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information through SMS, phone, email, or messaging platforms. Customers can contact our support team for delivery updates.ট্র্যাকিং সুবিধা পাওয়া গেলে গ্রাহককে এসএমএস, ফোন, ইমেইল অথবা মেসেজিং অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে ট্র্যাকিং তথ্য দেওয়া হতে পারে। অর্ডারের বর্তমান অবস্থা জানতে গ্রাহক আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery৭. ভুল ঠিকানা অথবা ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and an active phone number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.গ্রাহককে অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং সচল ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল ঠিকানা, ফোনে যোগাযোগ করতে না পারা অথবা গ্রাহককে নির্ধারিত স্থানে পাওয়া না যাওয়ার কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে পুনরায় ডেলিভারির জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products৮. ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা ভুল পণ্য

Please check your parcel upon delivery, where possible. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide the order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.সম্ভব হলে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় পার্সেলটি পরীক্ষা করে নিন। পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা অর্ডার করা পণ্যের পরিবর্তে অন্য পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে, পণ্য পাওয়ার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং অর্ডার নম্বর ও সমস্যার স্পষ্ট ছবি অথবা ভিডিও দিন।

Complaints will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws of Bangladesh.আমরা আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা এবং বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য ভোক্তা-অধিকার আইন অনুযায়ী অভিযোগটি পর্যালোচনা করব।

9. Delivery Delays৯. ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব

Although we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to provide updated delivery information whenever possible.আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের বিভিন্ন কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। সম্ভব হলে আমরা গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারির সর্বশেষ অবস্থা সম্পর্কে জানাব।
